The Diamond model has been designed to be a compact, cost effective solution whilst keeping production requirements in mind. The machine has been based on our renowned Sapphire range of machines, and therefore has the flexibility to be able to slit and rewind most products at high speeds.
The machine is available in various configurations and all options within ASHE’s range are available to add onto the machine. The machine uses the ASHE vacuum roller technology and is hydraulic free, making it a total clean operation.
The machine is supplied in a ‘one piece’ configuration, therefore making shipping and installation easy.

The iSeries i20 camera is ideal for narrow web printing machines. With its specially designed narrow light chamber and fixed 90 degree camera rotation the i20 achieves a very large 130 x 100mm field of view in a compact enclosure. The i20 is available with a low cost manual traverse, or with a high performance variable speed motorised traverse with high torque stepper motor and micro-stepping drive .
The iSeries iTouch software upgrade is available for all iSeries products with motorised camera traverse.
The additon of a 21.5” widescreen touch monitor, and an iTouch software upgrade takes the standard iSeries product to another level altogether.
