Electrode Assembly
- 1/8″ (3 mm) Stainless Steel, Flip-Type Segments, Custom Manufactured
- 1.25″ (32 mm) Electrode Width (Determines Electrode Area & Dwell Time)
- Electrode Air-Gap Adjustable from Outside the Station
- Manual Lever and Lock Mechanism for Retraction for Each Assembly
- 2-side Treatment – One Electrode Assembly Per Side
- High Voltage Transformer (XFMR) with 10′ (3 meters) of HV wire
Treater (Ground) Roll
- 3.9″ (100 mm) Diameter, Steel, Dead Shaft Mounted on Free-Running Bearings

Blown-Film Considerations
- Available in limited sizes and speed requirements
- Aluminum electrodes are not as durable as stainless steel
- The roll covering requires repair or replacement although new ceramic coverings have greatly extended life expectancy.
