The redesigned DSI by Rotoflex is a versatile die cutting platform. The reduced footprint, enhanced accuracy and increased production speeds offer converters a more streamlined finishing workflow.
The flexible design fits a variety of inspection systems and allows the die cutting unit to be disengaged for specific jobs, meaning it may be run as a slitter/rewinder or die cutter, accommodating more applications and job types and making it the most efficient die cutting system available.

The iSeries i80 camera is the ideal choice for high quality wide web inspection. It provides the user with an extended 190x150mm field of view illuminated by Quad Xenon strobes. When combined with a user friendly touchscreen and iSeries iTouch or iPro software, the i80 will satisfy the most demanding inspection needs
The Sapphire S2T is the choice for the converter that is looking for maximum productivity and minimum downtime. This is achieved by the machine continuing to run, whilst the operator (or machine) takes off the finished rolls and puts new cores onto the rewind shaft.
The cycle time of the Sapphire S2T can be as low as 15 seconds and will automatically cut the web (at set length), and apply the new incoming web onto new cores.
Once again, the Sapphire S2T utilises our vacuum roller technology, and most options for minimising job setups can be added to the machine to increase productivity further. It also features a unique shaft support system (for larger rewind diameters) where the rewind shafts remain fully supported through the turreting sequence.
The iSeries iTouch software upgrade is available for all iSeries products with motorised camera traverse.
The additon of a 21.5” widescreen touch monitor, and an iTouch software upgrade takes the standard iSeries product to another level altogether.
